Talent Acquisition Administrator – (Fixed Term 12 month) Responsible for handling all aspects of contracts in the role of Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting recruitment and onboarding activity across the College, helping us attract, recruit, and welcome new staff in a professional and inclusive way.
About the Role
You will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
